We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair availability for all our customers, the following cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your notice: 7 Days or More Before Pickup: Free Cancellation. A full refund of your deposit/prepayment will be issued. 6 to 3 Days Before Pickup: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total rental amount will be charged. 2 Days to 1 Day Before Pickup: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged. Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: A cancellation fee of 100% (Full Rental Amount) will be charged. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or failure to pick up the vehicle. Terms & Conditions Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking platform. Refund Processing: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policy. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 2 hours late for your scheduled pickup without prior notice, it may be treated as a "No-Show" and subject to the 100% cancellation fee.
